    I have lived in Korea for five years.
    Japchae meat is too big, spinach is not in it and mushroom is different. Galbi seasoning is wrong, too. When making doenjang jjigae, make broth with anchovies first. Cucumber seasoned with red pepper powder and vinegar, not red pepper paste
    The important thing is that I use red pepper paste for pork, but I use soy sauce for most beef dishes. Ha hahahaha
