I just had rolled ice cream the other day and I watched them make it. The ice cream layer has to be much thinner than what you have it to create the roll.

I have the mico potato, and it's fantastic! No preheating an oven, and living on my own, this gadget makes a quick and tasty meal. If you plan on making more than one serving at a time, I wouldn't recommend this method – the mico potato gets way too hot for more than one session in the microwave without letting it cool down in between.
Is this available in Canada?
I got one of the knives. Blade is sharp. But the lock that holds the blade is terrible.
That Mico toastie maker is the bomb! First one I've ever had that actually browns it that good. I bought one after seeing your video. Thanks Bazza…๐
I need that circular knife!!! ๐ญ I'm losing dexterity in my hands and cooking is becoming painful and dangerous, so I think that would be a safer option for me!
