    I made this today with dashi and bacon instead of the Korean stock and pork belly, and left out the sugar, and it still came out super delicious! Sour and spicy and savory and healthy. I will definitely keep making it!

    Why am I watching this at 2 am ..I've already got all the ingredients at home and now I'm wanting to get up and make it. This is torture. Ps I've used maangchi recipe before and it was amazing everyone loved it .
