I made this last week and OMG this was amazing. The crust was light and crispy and the chicken drumsticks were so juicy. Not exaggerating but this was the most juicy chicken I’ve ever had! It was like the meat was sweating once I bit into the crispy exterior.
I loved this so much, I’m making it for my friend who is coming over tomorrow! Chicken is brining as I write this. I still have some leftover honey soy garlic sauce from last week so I’ll use that. (That was perfect too, btw)
