Wow! I’m so excited to try this! Looks delicious! Btw, what sweetener did you use? Since not all sweeteners measure the same (different sweetness strength), I want to follow what you used exactly, otherwise it could be disastrous! Lol 😅

Thank you so much for the recipe! I loved it! I did add 2 TB cream cheese to the cauliflower rice as suggested in the comments. I will make this again and again and again……..

Made it…loved it! And so did my husband! I was skeptical that it would taste just like warmed tuna salad..but it is wonderful!! I also added some cream cheese to the cauli rice like some other commenters suggested, and some thin sliced avocado on top after baking. I liked how it made the rice stick together and was very tasty!! Can’t wait to try the Orange Chicken recipe.

This is genius Myra. Ive been cooking keto for a long time and only Just discovered your recipes.

I mixed cream cheese into the rice base, used the new Trader Joes Dynamite sauce on top and used sliced Avo on my bites. AMAZING

Hello, in the video you say 1 tablespoon of sweetener for the cauliflower mixture but the instructions say 1 teaspoon of sweetener.. Can you clarify which is it? Thank you
