I have a very important question and I'm hoping that you might have an answer. My question is I have Medicare and Medicaid and am wondering if my insurance will pay for it to be done. My pain management doctor wants me on the Keto Diet, Where do i start?? Thank u for always being the true to yourself person that you are.

Would I be able to substitute pork chops for the tenderloin? Have a package of them waiting in my freezer to be cooked. Was thinking of making mini "logs" with them, rather than one large one as in the video.

I have now made this 3 times and I can never get the pork cooked in 30 minutes per your recipe. Do you pre cook it some? I’m at 1 hour right now with mine in the oven and it isn’t done completely.

I use Smithfield Bacon! I love that stuff! I am going to try this next week! I have a loin in the freezer and plenty of bacon! My garden veggies are ready too! I'm going to steam yellow beans with it! Yummy!

I have followed a keto lifestyle for a year now and this was a wonderful recipe! I have 6 kids and they all loved this. My husband couldn't stop raving at how good it was! I did add some ricotta to the cream cheese because I needed to use it. So easy and so good! Thanks for sharing all your "mom food" recipes!
