Great video. I do not ever diet but since I am a old fart now & have gained lots of weight since 2008 (when I started driving big rig) I need to do little things to get weight down & be healthier. This Keto burger fits the bill 100%. Thanks for this video.

I started keto Jan 2nd. It is not an easy diet especially if you eat out. However it’s amazing what you can make with a little creativity! As of now my favorite thing to make is keto pizza. Seriously worth trying. To make the dough all you need is: 2 cups mozzarella, 1 cup almond flour, 1 egg, 1-2 oz creme cheese, Italian spice mix & GARLIC powder! Look up β€œfat dough.” It awesome!

Ninja and Mrs.Ninja, just would like to request…. can you do a dish (beef/steak) using Indian Masala's. Maybe you can use it to marinate the beef/steak then roast/grill it… You know, indian masala are good with any meat products, maybe you can try it out…. Anyways, im Resh from Malaysia. Guys, we dropped the carbs and lost weight. It takes years….But we gained it over yeas tooo…It's slow but it works!
The Keto diet I'm not so sure about. It's pretty harsh. We always make sure to have protein and a vegetable for every meal. We always limit the carbs and starches, like rice , potatoes, and pastas. Is this the same thing?..or just natural selection?

For burgers, you should try a seasoning mix that I use. It's called "7-2-1" seasoning. 7 parts smoked or regular salt, 2 parts ground pepper and 1 part garlic or onion powder (whichever one you like more).

WOW! I have been craving a good burger for a couple of weeks and since I am on strict keto I haven't been able to have one as I thought it wouldn't be worth to make a bun unless I had a good recipe for the burger itself…and I love the Whopper so this might just be it πŸ˜€
Thank youuuuu Mr. and Mrs. Ninja! You're the best!

Did you use bulk ground pepper instead of fresh ground because it doesn't make a difference when mixed into hamburger or because it's what Burger King would use in the original?
