    Oh, I can do that, I have to go low carb, and was confused as they almost everything has carb.
    So, butter, yogurt, cream is ok?
    But this will take time, am looking for quick for tonight as I am going out night and won’t have time to make this.

    Many people seem to want to tell everyone else what they must be doing to be keto (in ketosis). It comes off kinda bitchy and discouraging. I get into ketosis in one day on 40 carbs. I calculated my macros and am staying in moderate ketosis and losing a pound a week. More importantly, I am aiming to tame my essential tremor which has gotten worse as I get older. This is supposed to help. God Bless everyone for doing what they can to help themselves stay healthier and to thine own self be true.

    Low Carb tortillas is NOT Keto.  Keto is less than 20 g Carbs per day.  No way this recipe is good for dinner unless you are not having absolutely any other carbs during the rest of your day!

    I'm trying to drop 10 pounds on Keto…I do OMAD )1,250 calories 101 gram Fat- 64 grams protein – 20 net Carbs) the problem that I find on Keto it's that I have less food in my one meal a day, since fat food is more caloric I end up having 1,250 calories in a "Few things" in my plate and since I just eat 1 meal a day I WANT TO EAT MORE!…call it a mental state or whatever you want, but…I just want to enjoy more. Does anyone experience the same issue?
