Thanks for sharing. I was looking for ideas. Wonderful recipe. Those bones chops cook quickly. Be sure just to brown and get them off the heat . Also I would add a table spoon of powered chicken bullion as that type of chop renders little fat and fat is, well good. It's quite fine to use chicken bullion to pork gravies and sauses.
