    Just started watching you last week and thought that Rachel had dyed her hair a lite blond and her darker roots were showing. Gives me hope for my own hair. I've lived on low sodium, low fat, and chicken most of my life. Eating more eggs and burgers here lately.

    My keto journey began in 2019 with me not being able to lose weight and constantly being tired. So many labs were drawn to see if I had an underlying issue and everything came back within normal limits. I even switched doctors in the process hoping maybe a new one would actually listen to me and help me. One month into keto I felt amazing. I had a steady state of energy and felt like I could take on the world again. I no longer felt like I was falling asleep mid afternoon while working. The weight loss just became an added bonus.

    I had a stroke in August 9th 2021. After hospital and therapy a total of three weeks I went back on keto for four months. Then started BBB&E on 1/01/22 In just 12 days I got off insulin because my #’s were to low!!!!👏🏼👏🏼 eA1C 5.2!!!!
