Hi Myra,, So I made this for Thanksgiving and it turned out great…absolutely delicious. However, the filling never really set firm…the consistency was really creamy and soft (not that it's a bad thing…but am used to a more solid consistency). Would adding xanthum gum have fixed this and given the filling a more of a solid texture or would it give the filling a weird or slimy texture? Thanks in advance.
Thanks so much for sharing this recipe. I love your channel. I am not totally keto but make alot of keto food and this is a keeper. It turned out really well I substitued 1/4 cup or Serve brown sugar and 1/4 cup of half and half because I ran out of heavy cream but it still turned out very well. Thanks again and Happy Holidays.
I made this for Thanksgiving. It was delicious! The crust was amazing and the filling did taste like pumpkin pie. I did miss the texture of baked pumpkin pie, but not enough to deal with baking. lol

I just wanted to add a comment about the sweetness so this was really super sweet so for me personally next time I'll probably cut down on the sweetness by half that includes the heavy whipping cream sweetner too. My hubby isn't keto and he was like really having a sweetness high going on for real guys. Love this recipe! I used pumpkin extract cuz they didn't have the spice at the store. π
Iβm making this today for a trial run. If its as good as just about every other recipe of yours that i tried, Iβll make it again to bring to Thanksgiving dinner. Last year I brought your Pumpkin Cheesecake Bites and they were a hit! Iβm Thankful for your fun videos and all the delicious healthy recipes you share with us! β€οΈ
Mayra youβve outdone yourself!! This pie was easy to make and delicious!!! Everyone loved it! This is my new go to pumpkin pie recipe. The filling could be made on its own as a pumpkin mousse. It had a fluffy mousse like texture to me. Thank you!

Do you live in Tx? H-E-B started selling butter pro keto tortillas. 2 carbs a tortilla. They are probably the best low carb tortilla Iβve had.
So how is the texture with the Almond flour not being cooked? Does the butter help it?
