    I cannot find a Leto cheesecake in any major super market — or anywhere. Okay, so I bought a readymade pecan crumb crust and cream cheese and sour cream and Swerve confectionery type (powdered) fake sugar and did this thing — the batter tasted fantastic, it seems to have cooked nice (50 min at 350, not a convection oven), and just letting it cool. If it tastes anything like the batter I will be super pleased. (And I only used a fork and elbow grease to mix the batter with — I don’t own any of the space age cooking stuff featured here on this video. But if you got it use it, of course. But if you don’t, don’t let that stop you.)

    This was awesome, I made it and it turned out great. I wanted to mention a typo that is in the directions. Under number 2. it says to combine salt when you are making the crust. However in the video you don't do salt at the crust step and the ingredients for the graham cracker crust doesn't have it in there. It just shows up under number 2.in the directions section. Just thought I would mention it so others might not get confused. I had to watch the video a couple of times to make sure I wasn't missing something. Thanks for your videos, they are very informative.

    Ooooooo now you're hitting me where my happy lives 😂. I used to feel guilty about having more than one slice once a year. It's my weakness. This past year on keto im happy to be able to have it to get over my monthly hump 😉😉 keeps me on track with zero guilt for that time. I still limit to one slice a day until its over. Sorry if that's crude. I'm definitely trying this one. Happy Holidays thank you!

    If you don't have a springform pan will the cheesecake still turn out? I think the pan I used is bit larger so I doubled the crust and made extra filling . Hoping it turns out right !
