James, I made your cheese taco shells tonight. My husband loved them!!! He made us some taco seasoning. (its better than store bought) He said thats the best meal he's had in awhile. He went on and on about the shells. I told him I learned that from James.
We've been Keto a little over 4 months. I'm like you Emily. I can eat the same meal day after day and not get tired of it. Its sleeting here in KY. We suppose to get a few inches of snow. ugh.

I LOVE the Triceritops taco holder! What I love even more is your artwork Emiley! You're so talented. Funny that you brought up Sam's and Costco.I have a Sam's and and a Costco through work. My brother in law splits the memberships with me so its a 2-for1 thing. But recently I was thinking of dropping them because their prices have gone up and they are no longer cheaper on many items I buy from HEB. I've been a member for so long it will be hard to cut the cord though. Happy Thursday

I prefer Costco. I feel the quality of the food is better than Sams. I buy Kirkland bacon. It comes with 4 one pound packages and it is currently $15.99 which just increased but still not bad compared to the grocery stores around here. I have found most Kirkland products are just as good as name brand. I love the art. The owl is fantastic!

That's good that you decided to stay to it. There is more to it than just weight loss. Eating this way changes your mind in your body as well.
