Sounds and I am sure smells good. I made chicken salsa verde yesterday in my Instant Pot. So easy to cook with that appliance. Had a good portion for supper last night and still have lots for several more meals. Since it is only me eating here, I load up one giant lock n lock for my meals. Then weigh it out when I eat. Great job!
Great recipe for meal prep. Every two weeks I’ll cook up several different items and then freeze in portions. Gonna have to try this one!
