    I have followed these diets or variation of them for a while but wow did I learn a lot from this episode…not to mention the incredible recipe from this episode! Thank you for breaking things down in a way that is easy to understand and learn from. I’ve loved Stateside vodka but now understand why it’s an exceptional choice in addition to having a great taste!

    I found this episode so interesting. I remember when the Atkins diet came out. It was all the rage and it worked. Now I understand why and how it compares to Keto! I love the recipes! Jessica makes it look so easy!
