Welcome to my grocery haul. Hope you are having a great week. Let me know if you found anything new this week that I should be on the lookout for. Remember …
Coke zero!! Best!!
Costco bacon is supreme!!!
I like the Eggland eggs because they're high vitamin me d
I thought my Sam's was out of the bacon but it was available for pick up on my app 🤔, so I kept walking the aisles and finally found it in the refrigerator section, actually in the refrigerator….never bought it already refrigerated? before it was usually just on a small pallet on the floor, love the videos!
way to easy to over eat nuts. Like you said who eats 2 cashews? That's a terrible tastbud tease!!! 😂😂😂😂😂
I sure wish I had a Costco where I live . The closest one is 3 hours away :(. We do have a Sams about an hour away but I never find foods like that at Sams .
Dr Pepper zero
Kristin have you tried the Keto friendly jello from Dollar tree. Comes in a 4 pack. I love to eat mine with heavy whipped cream it curbs my sweet tooth. Love watching your grocery hauls 👍
My Walmart (in NJ) has the Dunkin Hines brownie mix. I haven’t made them yet, but I will let you know how they are after I make them.
Coke Zero
Coke zero, it's my favorite and doesn't cause my sugar to spike or seizures in me (I do keto for epilepsy)
We like the Japanese seasoning Kristi. It go on top of really anything. Good stuff!
How do you make your pumpkin chia pudding??
I always thought vital farm eggs were too expensive but I finally bought a dozen a few weeks ago and did notice the taste difference so today I bought the big 18 count carton at Sprouts cause my walmart doesn't carry them…I also love their butter💌
I’m a coke lover but have changed to Coke Zero.
I'm thrilled that you found the Great Valley SF whipped cream. I haven't seen it at my WM for several months and I was afraid it had been discontinued. Your purchase gives me hope! As for sodas, I've been a fan of Diet Dr. Pepper for years, but now my preference is Dr. Pepper Zero.
Please share your keto stuffing (:
I live in New Jersey and none of my Walmarts carry the sugar free whipped cream
I like to add the coconut flakes and some will use chocolate chips to my yogurts
Baked sushi… obsessed with the rice seasoning on that. The Asian Market in Kingsport and Stock pot in JC have many different ones to choose from.
hmmmm….maybe i should add some peppermint extract when I make the duncan hines keto brownie mix…..just sayin'
Kristi check the Kroger brand broth if you have a Kroger family store near you. It has no sugar added!
Great grocery haul. Our stores are running low or empty shelves on so many items.😊🙏🏼
Hi: thanks for sharing, Pepsi zero is my favorite 🤩
Before keto I was totally Pepsi cannot stand diet Pepsi. , coke zero tastes like real coke!
Pepsi Zero is my fav!!!
Nellie's eggs are my absolute favorite. I buy them only on sale usually around 2.99. Also Publix has an all vegetarian fed brand for 3.19 that is excellent.
Sodas I'm loving right now are A&W zero sugar root beer(and I'm not a root beer fan but these are gooood) also really like mountain dew zero sugar. I'm with you with walmarts sugar free whipped topping yummy 😋
Shortages: lack of truck drivers to take stuff from point A to point B. Lots of them retired during the pandemic. Also, workers out with COVID at plants around the country. Ongoing issue. Factor that in to not enough haulers to move shipping containers away from ports. Sigh.
Trader Joe’s unsweetened almond milk is my favorite! I hope you like it! 😃
Those lo carb tortillas spike my blood sugar, I’m type 2.
Have you followed Dr. Ken Berry. ? He’s there in Nashville, he’s doing carnivore, meat only. You can do it for 30 days .
Thanks for the soda packaging tip!!! lawd, I've had to try to turn into the Incredible Hulk the last 40 years!! Lol
I found the beyond sausage at Sams today, 2 carbs per patty. Woohoo 🙌 for those who do not want to eat the pig.
Furikake is usually sprinkled on rice in Japan but in Hawaii sometimes people will sprinkle it on popcorn or French fries. I can't think of anything low carb to sprinkle it on. Maybe add it to Mayo if eating it with fish? Or poke bowls. Not sure if you guys eat poke bowls. Just make it without rice.
(Harry here) I know, I love this time of year. I really like watching the grocery hauls because it alerts me to new products and then I tell my wife about them and if it's something that she wants to try we start the hunt…. Yeah it's fun to see if you can find new items that are truly keto friendly.
Thanks Kristi!
