As an irish person from co. Donegal, what you made is basically a hybrid of Irish fried Cabbage and Irish Colcannon. Note, corned beef is American Irish not traditional Irish.. we use ham (what we call bacon). Nothing what you made is authentic Irish, it's not Irish Hash. but thumbs up, it looks yummy anyway and has Irish 'influences'.

You always care so much about little details, you dress in red for valentines and green for an Irish recipe. I like this idea, I've cooked sometimes with rutabaga but I a not very used to the taste. I really love your recippes

Looks delicious Sarah! Can't wait to try this recipe. Love your quick wit Sarah. Happy Anniversary to you both. My husband and I will be celebrating our 50th anniversary on March 18th. My husband knows that look very well that you gave CJ.🙂 😂

My favorite low carb meal is like a ham and cheese omelette, chicken sausage, bacon, and corned beef hash. I eat low carb bread, so you throw in some low carb buttered toast and that just rocks! Thank you for the hash recipe!!

Another winner! I will absolutely try that. Sarah, your top is gorgeous and goes along with the St. Paddy's day theme. I love rutabaga but it's been years. I am starting a binder with nothing but your recipes. The behind the scenes footage was great and had me laughing on this cold PA morning. Happy Anniversary to both of you. Blessings from PA!

LOL, we never have any leftover cornbeef for hash. Good thing we buy extras, and they are usually on sale now. We got 2 the other day. Happy anniversary a few days early. 💚💚💚
