Take a bull clip and use it to keep the pot from spinning when sauteing. Love my IP. The burn happens when tomatoes are added and stirred in. They need to be layered and added last. Also dairy should be added after cooking or it can also burn and curdle. When the recipe burns it isn't coming to pressure and only boiling your food. There is a bit of a learning curve but easy once you get the basics down.
There is a really good group on Facebook called the " Instant Pot® Community ". Also this guy is great for teaching you how it all works and has some fabulous recipes too 🙂 I love his Butter Chicken recipe!

Q: have you tried the psyllium powder as a substitute for cornstarch, since it's….a binding agent right, also a thickener since it absorbs liquids?

I have read some use arrowroot as a thickener. Keto friendly they said. It looked tasty!

Hi Carolyn. Great recipe. Not sure if you know about Xylitol in peanut butter, it can kill dogs. Always make sure it's free of it. If you know, great. 🙂
Make sure your peanut butter you give parker is 100 percent peanuts with no added ingredients because their is a chemical they use in some peanut butters that is killing dogs you can probably look up the name of it online

I pressure cook my meats, spices, and tomatoes, THEN add the heavy cream and/or cream cheese to the IP to melt. That way, no burn. Recipe looks great. Go Keto!

I think Keto diet is full of fat which will raise your cholesterol. I use to eat dairy, but not any more because it was clogging my arteries.
Does your RV park have a dog park? I know theres prb not too many dogs there during the summer if you do have one. Our Sophie loves going to the one at our park during the winter months
