I love the looks of the soup and hubby loves most soups. So looks like I will try and make it as good as you make it look! hehe
I get so envious of what everyone cooks and has in their pantries I can't believe I am 62 and haven't done most of what yall have done for years. My Mama never taught me to cook, so the little I know how is mostly for outside cooking or picky eaters.. You are wonderful and your videos are such a help to this old woman.! Thank you so much.

I was so happy with the radishes in your hamburger soup, it just sparked lots of ideas. Roasted in the oven they are awesome. Once It clicked, being a good southern girl the first thing that popped into my head was Potato Salad 🤗. It works great!!!! That was my first "potato salad " in a year. Was a happy girl. If you would like, run with the idea. Tip. They cook faster than a potato and they do not absorb the mayo like a potato will. Taste like summer 🤗🤗🤗💕💕. Thank you for your videos!!

Also the beauty of Thrive mushrooms is the shelf stability, you know what a pain it is if you don't get to those highly perishable fresh mushrooms in time.
On a different mushroom note have you made Portobello mushroom pizza? Yum! Don't miss the crust in that substitution.

Just made a pork and mushroom soup. I have all the ingredients for this in my pantry and freezer. I even have Thrive mushrooms. I love the flavor of mushrooms but not the texture. I can break up the Thrive mushrooms into small pieces or even powder them. I make my stuffed cabbage with finely minced mushrooms instead of rice. You might like to experiment. Maybe you have an old porcupine meatball recipe that you can resurrect with this flavorful substitute. I love raw cauliflower, but am not a big fan of it cooked, so the whole caulirice craze just doesn't compute.

How yummy, Leisa! I think I'll use pantry supplies to make a small batch of this for dinner one night and see how hubby likes it. If it is a hit, it will go on my canning list for sure!
