Sorry for silly question, but when your are shopping for pork ribs, do you fine them like what you showed on video or how do they come? There is only three grocery stores here in my town . And one is two expensive (Whole Food Market) the other everyone knows the store and is familiar with walmart and sams club. And then we have the meat markets, but they tend to be pricey. So I need to know if the meat comes whole or already cut like you show us? Is there different type of pork ribs or pig ribs or is it all the same? Sorry don't the anatomy of the pig or any animal. LoL, So is it baby back ribs, spare ribs, rib tips, or country style ribs????
