    Nice video! I used gruere cheese (wasn't impressed) , I really like the idea of cottage cheese and sharp cheddar! I also, instead of crumbling the bacon, tore one piece in half and laid it in cross shape before pouring! I'm thinking chopped green and red peppers. So many possibilities!

    As a good cook, it is painful listening to you call these sous vides. Sous vide is a method of cooking you should look up on line. What you are making is egg bites, Starbucks style, in the Insta Pot. Consider remaking this video and correct your verbage.

    The recipe linked called for 1/2 cup of cheese but you’re using 1 1/2 cups…quite a difference calorie wise! I made these based off of the YouTube video and then went back to input them into an app for the macros and saw the huge jump in calories. Kind of a bummer, but still so delicious. Will definitely cut the cheese back to 1/2 cup next time 😉

    have you or anyone else tried making a batch and freezing them? I make myself a huge batch of breakfast burritos and casseroles that I freeze and then micro-cook them later one, so I wondered if these can be done in the same way?

    appreciate your video but, it seams like this should be the keto MOM! lol you do not know what appliances you are using or how to put the lid on the Ultra or how to pronounce common cooking terms you should take the camera and let MOM do the role hehe. you should have left in how you got the tray out

    Hmm…maybe sour cream as a sub for cottage cheese? Looks good. If it's possible to be addicted to the Sbx sous vide egg bites, then i'm guilty but they are expensive. These look tasty.

    Great video!! What kind of mold did you use? I also wish you would have kept in the part of taking them out of the insta pot! That would have been good to know! Love your videos – I’ve learned so much about eating Keto!
