I just tried the taco cups!! My family loved! I did switch up a few ingredients…I added 2 Tbsp of almond flour because my dough seemed to wet? And I used shredded chicken…they were sooo good! Can’t wait to try more ❤️

Have you cooked with Palmini noodles? If you have, did you do a video? I’ve only seen 1 Keto person who I follow use them. She loves them but I’d like to see another viewpoint in them.

I am late watching this week 🙂
I think my favorite is the taco cups. That looks great and would make good leftovers to take to work. Also the brocoli soup looks great. I think combining goat cheese with cream chees is a good idea.
I am extremely doubtful I would like that pumpkin lasagna. 🙂

Looks great 🙂 For blending the hot soup, just add the broccoli/solids and 1 cup of the soup liquid, blend then stir it back into the rest of the liquid instead of trying to blend it all at once 🙂

Look up Rachel Ray's "Harvest Lasagna". It has bechamel sauce (cld b ketofied) with a little pumpkin in it & nutmeg. She uses italian sausage, bell peppers & onions. You could use a keto pasta recipe or use turkey lunch meat slices or provalone slices for the noodles? I made the Harvest Lasagna for a work Thanksgiving pot luck one year & it was a hit. It was super good. I forgot all abt it. After seeing your recipe I'm going to hv to try to make another type of Harvest Lasagna & make it keto. I'll probably use the italian sausage, peppers & onions…make a keto alfredo sauce & add a little pumpkin (maybe ¼ cup)? And use provalone slices for noodles & make a ricotta, mozz, parm layer with some garlic & other italian herbs. Thx for the inspo! You're awesome as always!!!❤️

Lovely meals! Pumpkin lasagna also sounds rather odd to me, but it certainly looks great. What size is your instant pot? I've been thinking about getting one, but can't decide what size.
