I just wanted to say thank you so much for posting these. They’ve helped me so much. Last night I made your Mexican Churri Pollo recipe and it turned out great. I had to think of something to go with it so I just used avocado and it turned out just fine. I’m also dairy free, but there are plenty of dairy substitutes out there. I’m really excited to try more of your recipes. Keep up the good work!

Everything looks good. I recently discovered country style ribs. I would have never eaten them in my olden days because they are so fatty. That looks great in that marinade.
