I’ve been on keto for 4 months and I am limited to veggies due to allergies,, broccoli 🥦, cauliflower, avocado 🥑,,, it sucks ,,,
I have made this three times now, considering that cooking is not my favorite thing to do, that’s pretty much great. It tastes delicious each time but I do have a problem, why do I have so much juice at the bottom of my baking pan? I noticed that yours came out without that much juice at the bottom.
Can you please do a complete vedio only on fish.

Sunflower seeds in place of barley in a soup sounds interesting. I'll have to try that.
Avocado oil is VERY expensive here in the UK. I'm so precious with my bottle. 🙂
Luckily EVOO is not that expensive and lard is very cheap here.
