How is this keto with Milk? There are 12g of carbs in 1 cup of milk which is almost the total amount of carbs I'm allowed for a day.
I tried something similar with perfect keto products and it was absolutely satisfyingly delicious. I used mct oil powder along with my collagen. Would have been great with my perfect keto cookies but I'm still waiting for them to arrive. I'm sure they will be perfectly paired yummy can't wait. 😋
