I didn’t have almond milk so i diluted some sugar free coffee creamer with water and it came out perfect. I think even cream and water would work too.

Hey Joe, just watch a video on a launch for Keto Mallow Bars and they want $20 for 8 bars. Can you figure out the recipe for rice krispy treats? I would love to be able to make them. I can't afford that kind of luxury on SSI. Blessings!

I’m so surprised how many people were expecting for the cake to have coffee in it. Here’s A better understanding of why it’s called coffee cake.

“Coffee cake is a moist, tender cake that is usually topped with some kind of streusel topping and served alongside coffee or tea at breakfast. … in A coffee cake might have coffee in it, but the name comes from the fact that it is served with coffee, not because it has coffee in it.”

Is it ok if I substitute the confectioners swerve for stevia sugar?
Also, is it ok if I don’t use the nutmeg? Nutmeg isn’t available at my local stores.

Am I the only one? Your recipe lists are all over the map. One reference to recipe doesn’t print out, then you mention a semi list, then further down you divide it according to what comes first, second … . That doesn’t make a good shopping list.
I’ve tried on two recipes to get this down to something simple to print ONE page. The way it is prints volumes! And when you show a recipe I’d like to know if it is I. Your cookbook and which book. So frustrating. The easiest is to bring the You Tube video with me into the kitchen which doesn’t guarantee it’ll be around forever. Please reorganize.

I enjoy your recipes. The one thing that drives me CRAZY is watching you mix ingredients in the bowl while it is still on the scale. That completely jacks up your scale over time. If you do that frequently, your scale may be off by at least 5-7% in accuracy.
