You can just buy Sugar free jello pudding mix cheesecake flavor and use 2 cups heavy whipping cream or 1 cup almond mix and in 5 min CHEESECAKE

this Splenda packs are definitely not Keto, The splanda pack contains 95% dextrose (D-glucose) and maltodextrin (by volume) combined with a small amount of mostly indigestible sucralose. The sucalose is Keto but not the dextrose and not the maltodextrin. Try too change to other Keto sweeteners
If you have some coconut oil to that chocolate it won't go back to being crispy and it will stay a nice ganache like topping. I used to make cheesecakes for a living and Alton Brown is an idiot! That cheesecake looks delicious and I will be making it once I have lost some weight.

HELPFUL HINT: Next time, pull the oven shelf out and put the big pan on top of it with the paper towels in the bottom. Put in your pie pan and THEN pour your hot water into the side of the big pan. Then slide the shelf into the oven. That's the safe way to use a ban marie (water bath) and not have it slosh into your pie.

I make mine by mixing i brick cream cheese with 2 cups whip cream whipped and 1/4 cup swerve confectionary erithrytol then pour into pan and chill over night. You can top with berries or chocolate 🙂

Pour the hot water in the pan AFTER you put the pan in the oven. Just be careful not to pour onto the custard.

Love your videos, Ally. This is the first video I’ve seen making a cheesecake in the oven. I have a pressure cooker and it’s much faster to make a keto cheesecake that way, and just as tasty. Maybe Mom or Santa can get you one for Christmas 😉 Tons of great keto recipes for pressure cookers.
