You two may have just lost all my support. When you said that stomach acid is set, nothing to do with health, you are making a huge mistake. I have dozens of examples of the damaged that LOW stomach acid can cause. Why would you be so wrong on this subject. Very disappointing when there are easy fixes for this extremely common problem. So disappointed.

Hello Dr. Neisha. Excellent video with superb production values and excellent content. TYFS. Anytime I see the TV commercial encouraging me to "Get my Docs in a row," you're the one I think of. That being said, have a wonderful Thanksgiving with lots of protein on the plate.

Been carnivore for 3 weeks after years of Keto for a self imposed 90 day cut. I will eat turkey, home made gravy using my bone broth & zanthum gum plus deviled eggs. I’m cooking for a crowd but wanted control over what goes into my mouth.

Dr Elizabeth Bright has been on several carnivore channel. She specializes in womens hormones, menopause etc. She’s the source who advocates eating more fat in the form of butter in treating her patients. Search her on You Tube. She written a book also.

I don’t know if anyone has ever asked this and my apologies if you have addressed this before, but I have noticed you and Dr Berry both clear your throats, sniff and swallow mucous often during your videos. I haven’t noticed extra mucous since going carnivore 6 months ago. Is this a side effect for some or allergies maybe?

I knew the first week that I was pregnant. I always had uneven breast size and the smaller one was immediately big. I flipped out. I immediately ran for a pregnancy test and it was positive! Hubby insisted I get tested because we had been trying for a long time. I got pregnant right after a 2 week flu and we decided to celebrate! The week before my thermometer broke! I knew I wasn't going to need it anymore. My son is now 27! I think you know when you are pregnant, I felt it right away.

Best wishes with the Coffee Project, Neisha. However as my favourite Mom used to say — joke, geddit😂? — never let perfection get in the way of a good plan! And… (bonus quote, since it’s Sunday), as my Norwegian grandmother liked to say, “You can learn something from every fool you meet.” 😂 ☕️😂☕️😂☕️

PLEASE!!! Please, do the videos for fertility and thyroid Please!!! Of course, you do not have to. But it would really help myself and a friend of mine who I think has similar issues. I've been Carnivore/ketovore for almost a year and haven't lost as much weight as I had hoped. I believe it's because of my thyroid meds but I don't know what else to do but stay the course and lift weights. I'm thinking about blogging my situation to talk with others who my have similar interests/issues.

Hi Neisha. Just a question out of curiosity (doesn't apply to me). The woman who was concerned she didn't produce enough breast milk … If that were the case what would you advise? *Beyond a lactation specialist? Supplement with goat's milk or get baby formula or something else?
