After one year on keto, my eyes improved and my optometrist was amazed when I told her I was on keto. Last month I went to have my eyes checked after three years on keto and my eyes improved once again. Unfortunately, I needed new glasses because my previous eye prescription glasses were too strong. 😎😎😎

I tried HCG drops and diet was basically keto but less food. I lost 57lbs. Since going straight keto w/o HCG, I've gained back 10lbs how/what more can I do to start making weight fall off?

Have decided to give carnivore a try. Been doing keto for ?years, I forget. Just not getting to those trouble spots. My husband says I'm eating too many carbs but he doesn't really know what I'm eating. Half the time he's totally unaware that I'm in the middle of long term fast and haven't eaten for 18 or 24 hours. I do all the cooking for my two adult sons and I'm thinking that's why my husband thinks I'm eating carbs cuz he sees stuff I'm cooking. Makes me mad that he pays so little attention, yet he can tell me what he thinks I'm doing wrong. And yet he never realizes when I'm fasting. He doesn't KNOW anything!
So, I've lost approximately 20lbs (very slowly) but maintaining really well. So I thought I'd give carnivore a try to reach those stubborn spots. My belly or gut is shrinking, but too slow for my liking. My husband, the expert says I'm not exercising enough. Need to BURN calories.
Another stubborn spot is below my belly on my pelvic bone on front. Hoping the carnivore diet will target these trouble spots. When I started keto I think about 3 years ago, I weighed 174 and I'm a short 5 ft height. I now weigh 155 and all my clothes are baggy. Need smaller sizes, like 8's. from 14 & 16's. I'd say I've done pretty good.

I used to have terrible restless legs! I used to have to mist water on my legs and run the ceiling fan to make a cooling sensation, it was that bad. Since I cut out sugar I recently noticed it is nearly gone. Not 100% but almost! Among so many other afflictions! I recommend keto to anyone who will listen. Unfortunately not everyone does. But I have had so many health improvements. Thanks to you for that! I am reminded of the bible verse "buy the truth, and sell it not" which you really embody. Thank you so much

Thanks to experts like yourself. I at the age of 62 lost 36 lbs in 60 days and increased my Bench by 40 lbs. My blood sugar was 119 now is 85. My liver enzymes were cut in half. so you can repair your liver. My VA is scratching their heads. Thanks again to you and all your knowledge.

I have dry macular degeneration in one eye, and my eye doctor told me to eat low-carb. It's been several years and the MC has not gotten worse. And at my last exam for glasses, my prescription had improved.

My vision has improved after 3 years on Keto with leaning towards Keto Carnivore the last few weeks. Inflammation is way better now and the scale has started moving again after a year long stall. Down 65 pounds.

I’m tuning in from The Isle of Lewis ( OuterHebrides) off the west coast of Scotland.
I’ve started taking iodine, I have under active thyroid and pcos but get nauseous sometimes at night, would it be taking too much iodine or salt?

I like the home feeling you give with the cell phone, but I too live in the country where I deal with less than perfect connections. Your video is very clear and you guys look great and sound great, however, most of us are here to learn more about caring for our health. I recently made spaghetti for dinner because my SO wanted it. I had not fixed it in several months and bingo it gave me my old painful acid reflex and It kept me up all night.

Thanks you guys! Down 19 lbs this month so far and it has been my transition month. So excited for the hope and freedom you are giving me and so many others.

Hoping energy will come back soon, I am no doubt doing alot of healing though. Not totally fat adapted yet but am getting close.

    I love the farmstead too.
