This Freezer Meal is just delicious!! There seems to be some controversy about carrots and keto diets. In order to stay in ketosis one needs to stay under 25-50 grams of net carbs (depends on the person). This recipe contains less than 10 net grams of carbs per servings. Probably tastes good, but have you calculated the carbs especially for carrots and tomatoes.

I just made this soup and let me tell you- it is absolutely DELICIOUS and filling!! I added corn and used garlic salt, black pepper and cayenne (that's all I had in my pantry lol). The cabbage really does give it a nice crunch. You guys gotta try! Thank you so much for this fast and easy recipe π

I make this same soup only I don't sautee it. I just dump all of it in a crock pot for a few hours. I've lost 56 pounds eating this (and cheating a little) but counting my calories.

You can even add sausages. It will be even delicious. I always make this soup even tho i am not on keto.
I love the soup I make it for my hubby and my self and use coconut oil ,lots of garlic no tomato's products irritates my stomach. By all the other ingredients are so delicious. And make my our chicken consume ,don't like the one at the store.

First of all, are you cooking for an army? Secondly, I don't see how this is keto. Whats the serving size and whats the carb count?? Carrots, onion, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, all of that is kind of high in carbs. How much are you using? Doesn't seem super keto to me.
