I love adding spirulina to things. I've not tried the blue spirulina though. The Hawaiian spirulina I buy is a beautiful blue green. I add spirulina or sometimes wheat grass juice powder to keto chow all the time especially when making batches for the Creami. I actually feel it enhances the flavor. If I want a real fudgy thick type of Creami, I also add gelatin to the mixture. It makes it so filling and because it's so thick and fudgy, you eat it slowly and savor each bite. That sounds really good with cream cheese! I will try that next week with the cream cheese. I have about 2 servings left from last week's yogurt that I made. I love yogurt at night before bed if I am still hungry. Love your channel by the way!

Recipe –
1 full fat FAIRLIFE MILK
2 blocks of cream cheese
2 rounded tablespoons of a starter of your choice (yogurt) or purchase yogurt starter packs on amazon
If you want blue- 1 tablespoon of blue spirulina
Optional- 2 tsp vanilla extract
8-12 hours on yogurt in the instant pot
When it’s done, taste it… if too tart add 1/2 cup powdered keto sweetener and stir

i'm curious why not add the sweetener after straining the whey? Won't this strain off some of the sweetener too?
