    Shooooo! I have two bags of the Blueberry Costco granola here, thought you were going to have something I missed, the suspense level was high! πŸ˜‚. Oddly how in-line our products are! Ever see the Keto Salted Caramel Ice Cream bars at your Costco? Delicious single serving ice cream treat!

    The smoked fish (salmon) they carry at Costco has issues: They take an awesome wild caught fish and sugar glaze it, then they offer a farm raised salmon-which is carb clean, but again farm raised. Lose lose on smoked fish for me.

    I never buy prepackaged "keto" foods! I am a good home cook and I am convinced that anything with a nutrition label is not nutritious. Therefore, I am a 100% from-scratch cook. Simplifies my life immeasurably.

    Sonoma Cheese Crisps: I've only tried the Bacon Cheddar, which are delicious! But I fell into the trap of not reading and just assuming they would be clean! doh! but your thoughts please… on this particular flavour, the 2 unclean ingredients (brown rice & gluten-free oat bran) are at the very end… so that should mean they are in small quantities, right? Therefore maybe not a big deal in a small quantity like part of a charcuterie board?

    I like Kraft Mayo and that is what I have always used. I know it has inflammatory oils, but its low carb and I have never had any issues. Just wanted to be devil's advocate that it's not a deal breaker for keto if it has some of those oils.

    I've been keto almost five years and do the same kind of label reading you do, Steve. Tonight at Kroger I picked up and put back 5 packages of snacky stuff because I couldn't find anything I would eat. I decided to go with the microwaveable pork rinds. Not perfect, but far better than the other JUNK. Good video with good info for all of us…thanks!

    Just watched ur keto journey series.
    Thank u soo much for doing that.
    I found it fascinating!
    1 thing I'd like to know… if u did it over again… would u do it exactly the same?
    Would u eat nothing but potatoes again and so on?
    I wonder if doing it… prepared ur body in a way that others don't have, just going straight in to keto.
    I remembered the movie Mars I think with Matt Damon and he had to eat potatoes just to survive.
    Granted just a movie but made me think about it with ur story.
    I've been on dirty keto for awhile and
    Lose weight slowly last 2yrs.
    But I was thinking maybe I could jump start it again.
    I'm also doing omad which I've done over a year now. Which is good but seem to be just maintaining rt now.
    I've done 24 and 48 hr fasts no problem and I feel good. So doing something rt. So there's that.
    Didn't get monitors glucose/ketone so I'm sure that will help.
    Just wanted ur take if you'd do the potatoes again, just like b4.
    Or with what you know would u guide someone that way now.
