I made Trey's Queso , using 1 pound of the American cheese instead of the pound and 1/4 and didn't find any need to thin it. I loved using it to dip stuff in, but I also enjoyed it used as the sauce on a keto pizza crust I made.
    Love your meal preps!

Thank you Nicole, I love everything you make, we definitely have the same taste on things. One thing I can't find is the yogurt you eat, I have checked all my stores, I'm in So. CA…so no yogurt for me. Really appreciate all you do. Almost at goal weight, 125, so will be in maintenance mode, so excited. Again, thank you for motivating me.

I just got those wraps at Walmart the other day. They were right beside the eggs. I used a thin layer of queso from your recipe and then a serving of roast that I made on it and it was really good.

So I'm finally going to make your Keto Queso today but I'm wondering, about how many servings do you think it makes? (sorry if you get this question a lot). I want to put it all in my cronometer app as a custom food. Gotta keep track of those macros after all. Great tip on the beef for freezing, I don't know why I haven't been doing that! Is the Redmond truly worth it? I don't have much money for splurges, so if I do, I want to think I made the right choice. It might sound silly to others to call buying special salt a "splurge", but our budget is just super tight and I can't go bonkers buying everything I want to try.
