I appreciate the research you've done and shared with us. I did not know this and will adjust my baking pans to the USA brand. This is the first video of yours that I have seen. You do a great job of explaining. You look good in glasses. Thank you for all of your work!

Such an informative video. Thank you for the comparison of bakeware. I would have had NO problem eating the gooey, lava brownies but get it that they were so differently baked to fineness. My question; can you put almond flour into a food processor to grind it to a more fine consistency? I have noticed the difference between brands but don’t want to spend more than I need to if this is possible. Thank you 😊. Happy baking

Hi Carolyn😊 I really enjoy your videos and books for the information and recipes. After seeing your recipe for peanut butter muffins on insta I knew I had to make them soo double batch of heaven and then I saw this and well I couldn’t help myself double batch of chocolate delicious 🤤. I think I may have a problem 😂

You mentioned putting the silicone molds in your muffin tins. For something like the bigger silicone that you showed, would it be helpful to lay it on a regular cookie sheet when you cooked with it? Thanks so much!

I like gooey lava brownies! 😋
I can see making the protein bread in metal. I would think it wouldn't be so prone to falling. 🤔

I love your kitchen, too, it's gorgeous! 😍 Your recipes are delicious! 😋 I appreciate the cooking school. 😊

    Love ya, hon! ❤💙💜

Carolyn! The next time you make lava brownies let me know. I will come over with my spoon that looks like a shovel. 😬 When i would make a pie crust i would use a metal pie pan. Even though i doubled greased it, it would stick a little. So i got me a glass pie dish and now they come out fabulous! Love your tutorials. I have them on file in case something goes awry. 😃🥧 ………………………. 😎👍👍

What about pie dishes? I just got a Crofton pie dish, ceramic or stone im not sure. Is metal better for pies too?

I have 3 of your books, and bought a little muffin booklet on Amazon that says is yours too, all kinds of good muffins.

Thank you soo much! I have your book, but haven’t made much yet. I bought the loaf pans because of your recommendation, and now I’m going to get a couple of square pans as well. I didn’t realize it could make such a difference.
