This recipe is awesome. One concern, the fish sauce and soy put the meal over 2000 mg of salt, about 1200 mg per serving. Is this okay for keto? If this isn't a problem, I'll make it weekly!

This was so yummy! Thank you for the recipe! It was perfect! I left out the salt for the cauli-rice since pork belly is pretty salty on it's own! Either way, I enjoyed it and the kid asked for seconds! That's how I know it's a good dish! Will be adding it to the weekly menu! ^_^

I added shredded cabbage at the end instead of rice, making it a one pot meal. Super easy and tasty meal. It will be a regular on the menu from here on! Might sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds next time
