Thanks for the camp food suggestions! I wouldn't have thought to take Keto Chow because I always make it with butter, so it never occurs to me to make it with anything else. But that's something I'll plan to do next time.
We were in the path of totality (Ohio) and it was amazing!
I would have loved to meet you while in Elkhart, I live just east of there in Goshen. However, I went to my daughters home in Indianapolis for the eclipse! I wish I could put a photo of the eclipse here. The dogs with us acted fine but the birds did go silent during the 4 minutes of totality!

The venue we use can accommodate 110 people. There's a big kitchen area with 3 full refrigerators stoves, microwave etc. We also are not limited on time. We can have the full day. We'll get with you for a date.

If you are low on iron check your copper level also you could just be low in copper
