I can't believe this is really only milk and chocolate. Surprisingly it could set. Turned out amazing. Looks like a chocolate pudding. Love the soft wobbly texture. Nice Valentina 💖💝

Hey what a rhythm, sounds like you are in friendship with a good drummer! 😉
When my almost-puddings stick to the mold and don't drop even when I detach the surface from the edge with the finger (like you did) I usually just give a vigorous shake with the mold reversed on the plate: some air sneaks between the cake and the mold wall and the whole thing falls down. Only con to this technique: the cake will NEVER be in the center of the plate!! 😅 Also, my grandma taught me to put a spoonful of liquor in the mold before pouring the mixture: helps detaching and adds flavor (with chocolate she always used Anise and/or Amaretto). The alcoholic fraction evaporates almost thoroughly so no problem with children 😉

Good morning, Valentina 😊 I love this real time video, and good for you in figuring out how to save it! Love the finger gestures while waiting! ☺️ cute.
I so wanted to grab a knife to cut around the edges to release, or take a spoon and just start eating it out of the pan! 😄 Thank you for sharing. How did you like it? I'm definitely going to make this tomorrow, with luck! 🤞🥄🥣🍫❤️ Thanks again!

Ciao Valentina Buona Giornata. I had to Google agar agar I never heard of it. Looks almost like a pudding texture. I admire that you showed your failed attempts at unmolding the desert. Do you think this method would work with other flavorings.? Would using parchment paper make for an easier removal from the loaf pan.? That was a first for me, I never used the agar agar so thank you teacher 😊. I was also curious about the emoji you sent me last night that I could not receive, what are Tars of Joy.? You and your videos are a Joy. Dio Ti Benedica Mio Amica. Ciao Bella 🍫🌷🌷🌷
