Someone used to sell a chocolate eclair with a chocolate candy bar in the middle – it was so awesome. The vienetta used to come in chocolate and it was also unremarkable

Thatβs probably why they stopped selling Viennetta in the states cause we tend not to like subtle flavors. You should try to make an ice box cake, thatβll give you that cake texture you were looking for.

I loved toasted almond as a kid. It doesnβt taste the same anymore
They pump a TON of air into their ice "cream" (technically it's ice milk) which makes it so fluffy soft. It's also an extremely cheap way to make very low quality ice milk creamy (along with stabilizers like guar gum and cellulose gum which absorb water and keep the product from developing ice crystals)
