This juicy turkey burger with feta cheese is perfect for Keto, Carnivore and PSMF! I have to make a double recipe of these turkey burgers or there is never …
If you want to reduce the fat down to 4 grams per burger patty do this: use 2 egg whites instead of the one whole egg, reduce the feta to 3 ounces.
I just started watching your videos. I like your down to earth style and you're funny. enjoy watching and great recipes. thank you!
Made these a few days ago…unfortunately I picked up ground chicken by mistake, however they were delicious. Back to the store (with my glasses) for ground turkey this time. 😆
Made them and they were delicious thanks for the recipe
These look so good! Quick question…I only use ground white turkey breast. Do you have any tweaks I should make? That should lower the fat grams also right?
I made these. They are delicious. I like them better cold.

I don’t like feta can I substitute
I am not a fan of turkey burgers, but these look good. I will give them a try.
I was watching all of your videos but apparently you only want women watching your videos.. so I will unsubscribe 😰😰
Ok I made these for breakfast this morning (PSMF day). I didn't have feta on hand so subbed shredded Parmesan, which went well with the Italian seasoning. You're right, they're moist and juicy and delicious. I'm not thrilled with the protein to fat ratio in them though so next time will do as you suggest and have egg white only and less cheese. But it's definitely workable into a PSMF day if you just fit it in by having lower fat stuff for the other meals. Thanks again for saving my bacon with previously unimpressive ground turkey!
You turned the oven on! Temps must have decreased there. I hope so. Namaste 🙏
Love Janis!
Can i use Chicken instead of turkey within the macros.Still a good job.Thank you for your post
Looks so yummy!! Perfect to go on a PSM bun,no? Yes!
Thank you so much for giving me another food choice on the PSMF days. Looks yummy!
Do you use carb manager? I use myfitness pal and it is giving me trouble. Looking for another tracker.
💫Haven’t had turkey burgers in so long. Thanks for sharing!!! Also, thanks for subscribing to my channel. So happy to have a new Canadian friend 🇨🇦🇨🇦
✨Just a small point for those really wanting to do PSMF effectively, if you listen to Maria and Craig's Q&A's OR use their macro calculator, you'll find that they recommend keeping carbs to as close to zero as possible on PSMF days, but always under 10 for a day and fats at 30 for a day. (Remember also that PSMF macros should be a maximum of 3 days a week) It really is advisable to use these resources, since so many are excited about PSMF recipes, but adding to them in such a way that it's almost impossible to stay at PSMF macros.
Bless you, my child! LOL
These look great and I'll have to try them. Love your taste testers at the end. They both look like they approve. 🙂
Thanks I’ll be trying this tomorrow.
You can eat a lot and not screw your macros up.
I'm brand new to psmf and have been tired of egg whites and chicken breast…ty so much !!
Puppy approved; I'm in!
So too know what fat ratio your burger is? I can get both ground turkey breast and just ground turkey~really affects the fat content…
Can't wait to try these! I ❤️ ground turkey
I made these the other night I haven't tried turkey burgers in years they were soo good!! Great job!!
I got to try these turkey burgers I always used to eat turkey just having lately good job…..
Looks good. 30 years ago a Russian mother taught me to add sour cream to turkey burgers. Same principle I think.
Love feta cheese! I am not a fan of the ground turkey, but your recipe really kicked it up a notch. Going to have to make a Sam's Club run (no Costco near me) and get some more ground turkey.
These look gorgeous, I’ll be trying these.
Your pups💖😍
