Made these a few days ago…unfortunately I picked up ground chicken by mistake, however they were delicious. Back to the store (with my glasses) for ground turkey this time. 😆

Ok I made these for breakfast this morning (PSMF day). I didn't have feta on hand so subbed shredded Parmesan, which went well with the Italian seasoning. You're right, they're moist and juicy and delicious. I'm not thrilled with the protein to fat ratio in them though so next time will do as you suggest and have egg white only and less cheese. But it's definitely workable into a PSMF day if you just fit it in by having lower fat stuff for the other meals. Thanks again for saving my bacon with previously unimpressive ground turkey!

✨Just a small point for those really wanting to do PSMF effectively, if you listen to Maria and Craig's Q&A's OR use their macro calculator, you'll find that they recommend keeping carbs to as close to zero as possible on PSMF days, but always under 10 for a day and fats at 30 for a day. (Remember also that PSMF macros should be a maximum of 3 days a week) It really is advisable to use these resources, since so many are excited about PSMF recipes, but adding to them in such a way that it's almost impossible to stay at PSMF macros.

Love feta cheese! I am not a fan of the ground turkey, but your recipe really kicked it up a notch. Going to have to make a Sam's Club run (no Costco near me) and get some more ground turkey.
