I'm back to 50% Finnish the video. I told the cook at work about low carb Cabbage lasagna, he looked at me like WHAT?!?!. My Dad had diabetes, he took the Lantus mostly, and Novolog. I saw him bad a few times, clammy, sweaty. It's scary. I missed my calling as a Physician. Low confidence and modesty. Modesty will get you every time!
Let me know if you want to do a deal with my worms. Put it in basement. throw scraps in, sift it out. Make Mr. Wayna do it. hahaha I can set you up! Cost minimal, from my end, from a friend!! You make or pick your bin. Maybe it's nonsense you have a lot of Irons in the fire. I don't sell worms.

Hi Renae, I’m not sure if you’ve mentioned this before but I was wondering if you could let me know what size your cast iron pan is? RE: Dimensions & depth. It’s simply awesome and I’d really like to purchase one for my kitchen. Thanks for letting me know. Happy Cooking and God Bless!

Renae, it all looks soooo good!!! I've never had cabbage lasagna, will have to try it sometime soon. My aunt used to make what she always referred to as Stuffed Cabbage and that's what my family still calls it. I got her recipe…well several of her recipes one time as she was getting older. I've tried maybe a half dozen times to make her stuffed cabbage but somehow it never tastes as good as hers😔. You've given me the courage to try it again so will will have to do that maybe this weekend. Have a wonderful week.

Love watching you Renae!! I feel like I'm in the kitchen with a good friend, would love to meet for real and chit chat! My birthday is the end of this month and I splurged and ordered me a freeze dryer. I have wanted one for a looong time. I would love you to give us tips and show what all we can do with it!!

Hi Ranae, I just love your channel, in alot of ways we cook alike so I know I'll love any of your recipes . Just wondering how you came up with the idea of using cabbage leaves instead of lasagna noodles??. Thanks so much 😍

Hello Renae…. So happy to see you back and with your beautiful new stove! Those egg cups look and sound delicious and I bet they will not last long with your grandchildren for the sleepover. And cabbage lasagna was something I never would have thought of but anxious now to try it. Cabbage rolls looked beautiful. That was a lot of work but you make it all look so simple… thank you so much 💞

Hello 👋 I’m a bit of a newcomer and enjoying your content. Especially when you are baking bread. Because although I’ve baked fresh buns stuffed with burger and bacon & onions a Christmas tradition we had as a family with our dad.

Love your channel Renee. My aunt Lavina Sollars and her husband Wilbur lived in Lincoln Park (which is a subdivision of Detroit) and you remind me of her. When making cabbage rolls, wrap your cabbage in plastic wrap and freeze overnight (or longer). When you want to make your rolls place the frozen cabbage in your sink to thaw. The leaves will be soft and ply able and you never have to steam or cut out the core again. I am 74 years old and make cabbage rolls often. Never steamed again after a friend shared this tip with me.

Hi Renae, I was wondering if you will be freeze-drying some of those beautiful fresh eggs anytime soon? I saw it done on another channel (Living Traditions Homestead) and they swear the eggs taste as good as fresh when rehydrated.

Hi Renea your meals looked delicious, as much as I love cabbage I’ve never had a cabbage roll, now it’s a must have for me 😂 I have the seed box right now and I’m doing my seeds tomorrow I’ll add a couple from the box and retape the remaining up and add some of mine then pass it on to the next person! I’m so excited for my day tomorrow because of the seed box you started ❤ I spent the whole day at the hospital today so I’m sooo late I apologize

So enjoyed watching these dishes! I never thought of thinning the ribs on the cabbage leaves! They rolled so beautifully! Will be making both of these cabbage dishes!

Great video! We serve our Golumpki(cabbage rolls) with mashed or boiled potatoes and a tomato sauce gravy.
The Silver Fox also uses a vegetable peeler to shave down the rib after the cabbage has been steamed.

I'm so glad to see the low carb ideas. I've been living a low carb life since April 2021 and have lost 85 pounds. I also incorporate Intermittent Fasting to help keep my Diabetes numbers lower. I've been able to just take a maintenance dose of Metformin now, and my A1C is at 5.2. I have made the lasagna using cabbage as well as using zucchini. Both are so yummy.
