We fill our peppers with broccoli cheese chicken rice, and top them with more cheese. They are so good.
I Know! It only takes 1/2 seconds to scrape out the last bit of food from the bowl. Do they really waste all of the time or just in front of the camera? Don’t. It shows bad habits.

Great video! I will use a tiny amount of corn starch when I freeze cheese, usually I don’t have a problem with it clumping cuz I shred, then freeze and then bag it. And I never use it when I freeze dry cheese, it works so perfectly without. I think softer cheeses might benefit more than harder cheeses? I love all the cook and preserving you teach us! THANK YOU!!

Hi Renea, I really agree with you on watching other you tubers cook and not get every bit out of the bowls or cans. It annoys me so much. That is one reason why I love your videos so much. When I cook I make sure I scrape everything out. 😂. Thank you for the cheese info. I'm going to start doing that. I still can't wait for your market stand to open. I will definitely be there.
I’m the same way when I watch a cooking video where they don’t scrape the bowl, it’s hard to watch. Ree Drummond does that. As much as I love watching her videos, that is one thing that bothers me about her videos
