I have been eating rice cakes with natural peanut butter and bananas for years as it is one of my all time fav vegan breakfasts. Like you I only eat peanut butter made from peanuts alone. And I also like to sprinkle with a little chia – like you said, so good. 🤗🤗🤗

I’m the same way with my kids, if they ask I give my opinion if not I work at keeping my mouth shut. My mother still tries to tell me how to live and what to wear and go. That is why I’m living 12 hrs away. I do miss her and talk a lot just don’t get to see her but once a year right now. I don’t like that but I have a brother living with her and I can’t handle him at all. Long story so won’t go into it. Your walk was great love being outside and live in the country on 2.5 acres. Looking forward to traveling again, Everything is coming together nice.

Great advice Lulu Patience & Acceptance. I will put that advice in practice with my 4 adult children & their fiancés. Love your walking trail, what a bonus with this rental house. The house is just so Hygge cozy & wonderful. Maybe you can put your green thumb magic in some gardening. I’m sure your daughter would enjoy gardening with you. Great for some quality time together. My daughter really enjoyed working in the garden with me & that was such a surprise. Enjoy every moment. Love your thrift treasures it’s so much fun to find unexpected items that bring such joy. I have 4 dollhouses & I’m always looking for tiny treasures. Happy decorating! 💃🏻💕🏠🚙

But the interesting thing even in places that I’ve rented, I have tweak them in some ways to accommodate my liking. I remember putting a water diverter on the patio roof at one place and probably smoke. I’m stepping stones or some thing but nothing like owning a home yeah

My career in events made me hyper vigilant that a speaker or presenter MUST NOT have their mic on if they visit the bathroom. It will only happen once if they happen to pee whilst their mic is on. Hence my “no mic whilst peeing” rule. So I think maybe you’re on to something Lulu! 😂
You are so right when you say that you have a much better relationship with your grown children when you mind your own business! I live right next door to my daughter and SIL and I strictly stay out of their business unless they ask me for help!

The thrift stores around here either don’t have as good of products and prices or I don’t go often enough! 😂
Goodwills are 45-75 mi from me but all the little towns in my area have thrift stores and some are priced a bit high but I have found bargains!
If I need jeans or shirts esp for winter I go to Goodwill for sure!

I love your line you said about patience and acceptance! It has taken me many many years to learn this, and I am still learning, and I try to preach this to all 3 of my grown children. If people could only accept that everyone is not going to act or behave in a way you think they should.
