You are such a joy to watch! Thank you for all your hard work and FUN in the kitchen. Question on the lasagna; do you bake those covered or uncovered? I will be baking your Amish bread this weekend. 😋

The “no Boil” lasagne noodles are great. A few companies make them. I use them all the time.
You just add your sauce to your pan then add your fry uncooked “no boil”
Pasta and add your other ingredients like mozzerella and seasoned ricotta, meat (if you wish) Remember, if there are vegans you are feeding some are no dairy, fish and meat.
Continue to layer your dry pasta with cheeses and sauce etc. read instructions on box for cooking times. They cook fast in oven. They are delicious and quick.

Hi! In the U.K., we sterilise the jars, but don’t water bath jams. We use lids with a popper in the middle, which, as the jams cool, the lid sucks in the popper bit making a secure airtight jam jar, which you then can’t make a noise with the popper if you press on it. Or we do the old fashioned method of popping in a waxed round to create a seal on the top of the ham before adding the lid.

I always feel so accomplished when I make room in my freezer by canning or with meals/meals preps. I've got my garage fridge empty with only eggs and a gallon of milk and my standup freezer is almost completely empty…

I love canning jam! I have one of those funnels also, I got it after I saw yours. If you turn it where there is the u shape in the bottom, you can see the fill lines for the jar. I love that. I have also been making the white Amish bread. Best I have ever done making bread! It doesn't rise as far as yours does when it bakes, though. I have also been using my dough hook and it works wonderfully! Thank you, Renea!

Hi Friend, Wow, just Wow! What a video. I started watching this last night in bed it appeared late. Had to wait until morning to finish watching. This should be called Renees day in the kitchen extravaganza. Your amazing. An excellent teacher. Your so smart. I’m 75 and although I don’t can, I learn just the same. Mr. Wayna cracks me up. I found myself waving back to him when he popped in and waved. Also I make my lasagna exactly the same. But I didn’t know about the dry regular noodles. They market specific noodles for that same purpose, now only to find out it’s a marketing tactic.
See there how smart you are. Anyway this was magnificent. Bravo! Thanks for listening 🤓💜
