The wife and I just tried his fried chicken recipe. It was awesome. Best I have made yet. Only problem I had was the coating after frying did not look the same as the video. Right color, but the crust was very thin and not thick and crispy. What did I miss? With a thick crispy coating, it would be absolutely prefect in flavor and texture.
