Yeah because a month isn't long enough for him to FULLY get used to burning off just fats, for energy. It can take a really long time, for some people, longer then others. Especially if it's your first time doing it. You can get into Ketosis in a couple or a few days but for your body to really, FULLY get used to it. Yeah that can take quite a while

This may be OK in the short term and if you're doing bodybuilding workouts, but in the long term, you'll have very high cholesterol and increase the risk of stroke and cardiac issues. Of all the countries with highest life expectancies and overall good health across all factors (Italy, Spain, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan) meat consumption is very low and eaten sparingly.

If we go back, we learn that the doctors were silenced and we were lied to about our diets. Now we are pulling the 'weeds' from the lies and hopefully people can see the truth and stop listening to the same people that recommend margarine, sugar, bad carbs and medicine for every ailment.

All the back and forth in the comments is retarded. I eliminated bad sugar and carbs, went mostly carnivore for 4 months with loads of grass fed beef fat and intermittent fasting. I lost 23kg and have maintained it eating anything I want. Now I can feel when my body isnt happy and just eliminate and fast until my gut is good. The only veg I feel good with is fermented, 2 tbps a day is enough vitamin C. I bet most of the negative comments are from people who just cant leave sugar, bad carbs and fats alone. Let the health system make their money off you and stay out of the comments until you try it. Good luck
