I never thought of making Braciole with tenderloin …..smacking myself in the head
Off the top this dish looks Delicious x 1000!! I'm always looking for different and fancier dishes to serve for my birthday celebration in January. Sadly it's 3-weeks after Christmas, but the flavors to savor are still lingering. I'm not the biggest fan of cranberries and dates, so I'm already thinking of great substitutes that would pair very well with the tenderloin. I'm thinking pears, apples, green/white raisins, muscadine grapes, thyme, sage, parsley, red wine. 🤤 Once wrapped and stuffed, I'd do a quick sear and place it in the oven low and slow to get it to a Medium/Medium well. (more medium than well) Let it rest and served it Grilled green beans or asparagus and roasted red potatoes and garlic.
