Mikey, I've been watching your videos for a couple years and just want to say thank you. You've given me the courage to brave the local Asian supermarkets and broaden my foodie horizons. I made hot pot in my rice cooker. I picked up some dumplings and gave them a go. I tried sauces I can't pronounce. And then I pull up one of your vids while I eat, and it's like having dinner with a friend. Keep on inspiring, dude. You're amazing.

The way you describe food when you really like it brings me so much joy. It's like you are writing a love poem to the waygu lol. Seriously though, your enthusiasm is why I come to this channel. I like seeing the different cultures and the traditions and learning about the different ways people experience food, but i love your channel specifically because of your energy. There is a lot of negative stuff going on in the world and on the internet. Food is universal, we all eat food, it's a common ground every human can share, and they joy it gives you is a bright spot in my day, so thank you for that.

Also, do give NBCB(nothing but cheeseburger) a try as well! Its super juicy from the patty itself and always a joy to eat to me 🙂

    Looks awesome as always!
I have a question I hope someone can help me with. I am allergic to shell fish and fish. I have found a few dishes I want to make, what can I use to replace fish or oyster sauces?
