Wow, this looks really tasty, but itโ€™s also a huge work in the morning. In Germany, breakfast is done with coffee, buttered toast/bread, jam/honey/Nutella and sometimes with an egg – thatโ€™s it. For special days, we have apple cake with cream, smoked salmon, cheese, ham and a huge variety of bread. Never we have cooked vegetables for breakfast, but itโ€™s an interesting option. Normally veggies arrive at lunchtime…

This looks so delicious and seriously your breakfast could be an expensive fine dining dinner in Las Vegas!! I lived there almost 10 years and there was some amazing food but honestly yours looks as good if not better. I need to start cooking more like this. Can't wait to make your Miso soup recipes!! Thank you!! ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿฒ

My breakfast is only a cup of Coffee Milk Tea. It takes me until 12 pm before I want to eat food. Which is just 1 fried hard egg and 1 piece of toast with strawberry french style jam. Some days it maybe yogurt with fruit or even a bowl of Acai topped with fruit and honey.

Cuddling your son for fifteen minutes every morning might be seen as insane in Western culture, but as someone who has studied childhood development, I can only applaud you for investing that time every day. This is a great way for a young kid to learn to feel safe and worthy of love, and it results in a kid with proper self-worth and self-esteem.

I think when the comments say "you eat alot" I don't think we realise the size of the bowls, as the close up makes them look really big, but I think they are small bowls that fit in the hand, A great way to do portion control <3
In the west we have gotten used to HUGE bowls and plates, not surprising we are very heavy now ๐Ÿ™

I enjoyed the video, it's a little disappointing that you don't get those ingredients in all parts of the world. So I guess I can try cooking later but the video was pretty wholesome.
