In Australia we call your drink a soft drink. Also, were you, at the start, saying cacao? Again, as an Aussie, we say it like cuh-cay-oh. I’ve not seen those egg wraps in Australia but I use the Konjac noodles and pasta. They’re not amazing but they kinda work.

In West TX we called all soft drinks coke. I would call my BF (on rotary) and say let's go get a coke, but we would order iced tea or Dr Pepper or 7 Up, etc. Thank you again for all your videos. I love your personality and your husbands too.

I generally like a glass or two of wine with my food when we go out to eat, but there are times when I just want a cool soft drink, so then I order Coke Zero or Sprite Zero (slice of lemon included) and I ask the waiter for a wine glass to drink it out of 😉

My husband is not on board with my keto lifestyle but he does eat what I make as he doesn't cook! I made the sloppy joes tonight – I put mine on chwaffles , he put his on bread. I topped with the coleslaw, he did not. He saw my bottle of Primal ketchup on the counter and was questioning if regular ketchup has too much sugar in it. YES! He is used to my sloppy joes being sweet- regular ketchup and I'd throw a lot of brown sugar in there. He was missing the old.I thought it was DELISH!!!

Hello to the kittie who decided to be apart of the video lol! I LOVE Zevia! I am still a diet coke girl but when I can I will buy Zevia. It's just for someone on disability it's hard being Keto bc everything is sooooo expensive. For me it's the carbonation I want so I will buy sparking water like Lacroix and it gives me that carbonation hit without doing reg diet soda.

I have 50 lbs to lose and he has tested positive for Lupus too and suffers from joint pain. God bless you for taking the time to share with us! <3

Only when we change our eating habits and start lowering carbs and sugar is when we realized how poisoning this food is. I'm been doing keto for 2 months now and feel so good no more blotting. no more acid reflux overall its a pleasant feeling all over my body and mind.

In Australia it is just called “soft drink” because we call carbonated water “soda water” but we do understand the terms soda or pop, we would know what you meant. If someone asks an Australian for soda, you’d most likely get carbonated water. If you wanted cola you’d have to be specific and call it cola.
