    I have a question about one of your recipes the cheesecake recipe. You give ingredients. But I had to get out another cheesecake recipe to follow the instructions. I pre-baked the crust. (Which you did not mention and instructions)And made my filling. I am not baking this in a water bath as most traditional cheesecakes are baked. Do you do any of these things or do you just put it all together and bake it?

    I just love your videos. I love Aldi and you have introduced me to soooo many Aldi favs of yours. Holy smokes. Very excited for me because I am adding new food items to my keto/proper human diet journey. Thanks again for all you do. You have been a blessing to me. I need to start letting our FB group know when I make your recipes. I am eating up food out of my freezer. I’m very close to restocking with new finds from your videos. Very exciting.

    Today, I went grocery shopping at Aldi and Winn Dixie. I am going to make the keto unstuffed stuffed cabbage soup to have for the weekend. A cold front coming into FL tomorrow morning. This soup will taste yummy and give me many servings. Since I was out early, I ended up at McDonald’s and brought home 2 sausage egg McMuffin no muffin vs cooking my first meal when I arrived back home. I enjoyed that so much; a nice treat and on special 2/$6. Heading to the pool shortly to exercise. It’s going to be a glorious sunny warm day today in Central Florida. We are expecting 80 degrees today. So, movement in the pool today!

    Hi Paula, I was wondering if your cholesterol went up? I went to a new Dr. and he told me to quit eating so much meat. Also my BP was high and so he told me quit using salt. I love my Redmonds and my electrolytesπŸ˜’
